Spotkanie mia\u0142o na celu integracj\u0119 mi\u0119dzypokoleniow\u0105, ale tak\u017ce rozwijanie umiej\u0119tno\u015bci manualnych oraz promowanie zdrowego stylu \u017cycia. Jedn\u0105 z atrakcji warsztat\u00f3w by\u0142o tworzenie ozdobnych lampion\u00f3w. Uczestniczki wykaza\u0142y si\u0119 ogromn\u0105 kreatywno\u015bci\u0105 i zaanga\u017cowaniem, przygotowuj\u0105c kolorowe dekoracje. R\u0119kodzie\u0142o sta\u0142o si\u0119 pretekstem do wsp\u00f3lnego sp\u0119dzenia czasu, wymiany do\u015bwiadcze\u0144 i budowania relacji. Kolejnym punktem programu by\u0142a profilaktyczna prezentacja, przygotowana przez pedagoga szkolnego, poruszaj\u0105ca kwestie dba\u0142o\u015bci o siebie i swoje zdrowie psychiczne. Zwie\u0144czeniem spotkania by\u0142o wsp\u00f3lne przygotowanie zdrowych sa\u0142atek owocowo-warzywnych. Podczas pracy nie zabrak\u0142o cennych rozm\u00f3w o tym, jak wa\u017cna jest odpowiednia dieta i dbanie o swoje zdrowie na co dzie\u0144. W atmosferze otwarto\u015bci i zaufania poruszone zosta\u0142y wa\u017cne tematy zwi\u0105zane z profilaktyk\u0105 raka piersi, samobadaniem i potrzeb\u0105 regularnych bada\u0144. Warsztaty by\u0142y pi\u0119knym przyk\u0142adem tego, jak wsp\u00f3lne dzia\u0142ania mog\u0105 \u0142\u0105czy\u0107 pokolenia i inspirowa\u0107 do troski o siebie i innych. Sk\u0142adamy podzi\u0119kowania inicjatorkom tych warto\u015bciowych zaj\u0119\u0107: pani Paulinie Ka\u0142ek i pani Kamili Kozdowskiej.
